TaLi ("we", "us") helps you keep business records through WhatsApp and Telegram. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.
To provide TaLi we collect:
We do not read your other WhatsApp or Telegram chats. We only process messages sent directly to TaLi.
To understand natural language, the text you send is processed by a third-party language model provider strictly to extract bookkeeping details. This text is not used to train external models, and is transmitted over encrypted connections.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate TaLi (messaging, hosting, language processing) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Your records are private to your account and locked to your phone number. We use encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents.
In line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act and similar laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by messaging delete my account or contacting support.
