Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TaLi. By registering or sending TaLi a message, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

TaLi is a bookkeeping assistant that records and reports on the financial and inventory information you send it over WhatsApp or Telegram. It is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax or financial advice.

2. Your account

  • You must provide an accurate phone number and keep access to it secure.
  • You are responsible for the messages and data you submit.
  • One account is intended per business owner; Business plans may add staff.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse TaLi — including attempting to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Plans & billing

Starter is free. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Accuracy & responsibility

TaLi interprets natural language and aims to be accurate, but you are responsible for reviewing your records. Always confirm important figures before relying on them for loans, tax or decisions.

6. Liability

TaLi is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made based on the records or summaries the service produces.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service, and will notify you of material changes. You may stop using TaLi at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
